First time townhouse buyer? - virginia first time home buyer grant
I live in Northern Virginia and I want a first time buyer, house to rent. I've always wanted a house to rent or sell to buy, but rather first car. I am very new purchase home and still learning slowly. Is it possible to buy a house for the first time, one of my own money and rent to others? I now have my own house.
And if I can rent, the percentage of the amount of benefits that we can keep?
