If the child is treated for speech language pathologists to help in the situation. My son has oral aversion is a texture Food Sensory / taste, his speech therapist uses a variety of brushes in his mouth with different textures for them and helps you for the diversity of structures in relation to food. It also helps new flavors that also introduced. I brush with him at home and taught me the techniques that you use these brushes and techniques for the introduction of new flavors used to it.

My son has a tendency to eat "dry" food - that's a good steak - like chicken, potatoes, vegetables and a little salsa - things in exactly the same mess and he maintains.

He does not know how any of their food to touch each other, and if what they say is a chip that fish fingers stroking the habit of eating is - we have a picnic plate fan was around, so that you have.

My son has a diet that is healthy, but luckily - he loves vegetables and salads - we only go with what you want, and sometimes when it is too tight in the selection, sprinkle a few drops of vitamins in their food or to drink.

It may help to more ideas from others when you are in the list - for example, if you like smoothies hide many things in them: 0 want to)

I know how you feel, has autism and my cousin in high school, he began this year, but it will not allow his brothers, because in a strict Catholic high school and did not go on very much and all.
You can put on your mashed potatoes and ketchup please red, grinning vegetables / chips & bacon breakfast, for help to get a piece of paper with all the different fruits on them, softness, and when the supermarket, a list of things that you need and let them help you, your hand, and they find, and when it does, is treated to a meal of your choice.
